·         Communicate ministry plan to each supporting church missions committee and reaffirm church affirmation of ministry

·         Define and put into place a ministry advisory board

·         Pilot first church-to-church partnership program and individual-to-individual partnership program

·         Recruit individuals from support churches to accompany Bill on trips to Southern Africa

·         Develop Leadership Materials to be used during the times spent in Southern Africa

·         Church-to-church partnership programs established in three supporting churches

·         Members of support churches actively participating in individual-to-individual partnership programs

·         Two new missionaries recruited for Southern Africa

·         Two Southern African church leaders serving in short-term ministry positions with support churches

·         Have three year curriculum (through the Center for Church Based Training) completed with existing pastors whom Bill mentors
